Amazon Mass Post error - Wrong feed data

If Amazon returns the following error messages back to Mass Post:

  • Wrong feed data
  • No valid feeds to upload
  • Invalid request parameters
{"errors":[{"code":"InvalidInput","message":"Invalid request parameters","details":""}]}


Reason


The error usually occurs when Amazon has found an issue with your account or is missing important payment information. 



Solution


  • Check your seller central account info and performance notifications for any issues.
  • Check your account information on Amazon's Seller Central that information about Charge Methods and Bank Account is valid.
  • Check out any Amazon notifications here that might be related to the issue.
  • Contact Amazon Seller Support to resolve the issue with your account.
