"Post Product to Etsy" page

The Post Product to Etsy page lets you choose how products are posted to Etsy, including account, template, listing details, stock, and scheduling settings.

Shop

Select the Etsy account to post the products to. This is relevant when multiple Etsy accounts are connected to Valigara.

Template

Select an existing Posting template, or create a new one.

Format

Use this section to define the listing type, listing details, and where Etsy product information should be taken from.

• Variations - click Add variations to create a variation listing.
• Title - select which Title Variant should be used.
• Price - use the product Etsy price, enter a fixed price, or select another Valigara price field.
• Category - use the Etsy category from the product or select a specific Etsy category for this post.
• Attributes - map Etsy category attributes to Valigara fields. Default settings are taken from Etsy attributes mappings.
• Store section - select the Etsy store section where products should be posted.
• Description template - select a Description Template to use in the post.

Shipping and return settings

• Shipping profile - use the value from the product, or select a specific Shipping profile for all posted products.
• Return Policy - use the value from the product, or select a specific Return Policy for all posted products.

If multiple Etsy stores are connected, Shipping profile and Return Policy values can be set per store in the product Commercial -> Etsy section.

Package details

• Weight - use the product weight or enter a specific weight and unit for all products.
• Dimensions - use product Width, Height, and Length, or enter specific dimensions and unit for all products.

If a different unit is selected, Valigara converts the existing product values.

Etsy listing options

• Disable custom order - available only when custom order requests are enabled in the Etsy shop.
• Select a use - choose whether the item is A finished product or A supply or tool.
• Who made - select who created the product: I did, Member of my shop, or Someone else.
• When made - select the Etsy time frame for when the product was made.
• Tags - use existing product tags. Etsy tags can also be created with Title Generators.

Personalization

Use Personalization to add Etsy personalization options to the listing.

• Instructions for buyers - for example: Enter the name you want on a necklace!
• Optional - choose whether personalization is optional or required.
• Character limit - define the character limit for buyers.

Stock

Use this section to define stock locations and product quantity for the created Etsy listings.

• Stock - define which Stock Locationsshould be used:
  • From account settings - use Related Stocks from Etsy account Commercial Settings.
  • As defined - select a specific stock location.
• Quantity- define the quantity for the created listings:
  • From Stock - quantity is taken from the related stock according to the product Basic -> Stock field.
  • As defined - enter a specific quantity for all products in the post.

When several Related Stocks are configured, Valigara checks stock locations by priority and uses the quantity from the first available location.

Scheduling

Use this section to post products immediately or schedule the post operation.

• Post Now - runs the post operation instantly.
• Custom - set a custom schedule.
• Existing template - use one of the existing Scheduling Templates. You can also override the template start date.
• Recurring listing automation - an advanced optimization feature that defines automated relist/repost rules based on listing performance.
• Etsy AutoRenewal - Etsy automatically renews listings at the end of the four-month listing period.

Click the Post button and check the results in the batch.

Use Scheduling as a posting optimization tool. Use follow-up tools to check the current product state on the marketplace and view the full online history.
