How to link/unlink existing listings created outside Valigara (f.i. directly on the sales channel or though a different platform) to products in Valigara?
Link Single Listings
To link a listing to a single product:
- Go to Catalog > Products
- For the relevant product click the drop-down next to the blue icon edit icon under Tools column and select "Link this product to store"
- In the "Link this product to an existing list on" pop-up select the sales channel
- In the "Please select Account to Link product from X store" pop-up define the account and identifier:
- Amazon - ASIN, displayed in the browser URL when an Amazon listing is open, also in its Product information
- eBay - eBay ID, string of numbers displayed in the browser URL when an eBay listing is open, also in top right corner of its Product description
- Etsy - Listing ID, string of numbers displayed in the browser URL when an Etsy listing is open
- Sears - Sears Item SKU, value can be found in the Sears inventory
- Walmart - Walmart Item SKU, value can be found in the Walmart inventory
- Shopify - Shopify ID, value can be found in the Shopify inventory
- Woocommece - Woocommerce ID, value can be found in the Woocommerce inventory
- Lightspeed POS - LightspeedID, value can be found in the Woocommerce inventory
- Click Link and see confirmation message for successful link
Link Multiple Listings
To link listings to multiple products in bulk:
- Go to Catalog > Products and select the relevant products
- In channel actions menu select "Link products to listings"
1. Link by SKU - fetches SKUs from listings on the selected account and compares them to the existing products SKUs in Valigara. If the same SKU appears in more than 1 listing, multiple listings are connected to the matching product.
- Click Yes and check the results in the generated "Link by SKU (Fetch)" batch
2. Upload File - forwards to a dedicated Channel Bulk Link page. Select the desired account and upload the xls file with values in the format:
- Column A - Catalog code (SKU)
- Column B - Listing Identifier, one of the following:
- Amazon ASIN
- eBay ID (Item ID)
- Etsy Listing ID
- Sears listing SKU
- Shopify ID
- Walmart listing SKU
- WooCommerce ID
- Magento 2 ID
- BigCommerce ID
- Lightspeed POS ID
- Column C (Amazon only) - Parent SKU. Skip the column for listings with variations.
- Column D (Amazon only) - Parentage - valid values = Child, Parent, Single. Use Single to link listings without variations
- Click Upload and check the results in the batch
Unlink Single Listings
To unlink single listings:
- Go to Catalog > Products
- For the relevant product click the "Unlink" icon under Tools on the right hand side
- In the "Unlink" pop-up check the channel, account and active listing
- Unlink
- removes the link between the product and the specific listing ID
- the history of the unlinked listing will be lost
Unlink Multiple Listings
To unlink listings from multiple products in bulk:
- Go to Catalog > Products and select the relevant products
- In channel actions menu select "Unlink listings"
- In "Unlink Listings" pop-up select the account and click Yes
- Check the results in the "Products listings unlink" batch
