Set default settings for eBay Best Offer acceptance / decline on account level
go to Channels > eBay settings > Account settings
-> Make sure the 'Best Offer' option is 'Enabled'
-> set Min/Max values to accept or to decline the offer automatically for all listings in this account.
It is always possible to override the default values, by setting different Min/Max values for specific listings, during the post /revise process.
