eBay Store categories mappings make posting your jewelry and gemstones to eBay easier, by automatically assigning relevant eBay Store category according to the selected product field value.
- Select any field in your Valigara catalog, which will define to which eBay Store category items will be posted.
- Note that eBay allows each listing to appear in 2 Store categories, you can define 2 different Valigara fields for "eBay Category 1" and "eBay Category 2".
- For each eBay Store category, select the relevant value of the local field
Example
- for Store Category 1, select Model Type to be the local field.
- for each eBay store category, select the local value in Type, e.g. all products with Ring in Type will go to "Rings" category in your eBay store etc.
To set eBay Store category mappings
- Go to eBay settings page
- Enter account settings -> "Store Categories mappings" tab
- Define the Local field 1 and Local field 2 to assign the listings
- Map the eBay store category and the matching local field value(s)
