Automatic email -> Conditions define if the email should be sent for the specific order. By using Conditions, different emails can be sent for different types of orders, f.i.
- cheap / expensive / quick-sellers items
- eBay / Etsy / Amazon orders
- orders with more than 2 products etc.
Examples: Order price>50 , channel=eBay, Product type=Earrings, Main metal=White Gold etc.
To set the condition for email sending
- go to Automatic emails page
- enter the email edit page
- click Condition -> "Add"
