Valigara CRM uses SendGrid to deliver marketing emails to buyers. There are two options for emails delivery.
- Using Valigara account (default) - is provided as part of the package and requires no installation.
- Using your personal SendGrid account - can be used for large email campaigns or better delivery analytics.
To configure your personal SendGrid account, generate API key with mail send permission in your SendGrid account and paste it in Valigara Global Settings -> Emails -> SendGrid API Key field
