Adding File Attachments

One of the features of Valigara is the ability to add file attachments to your products and orders. This feature enables you to store important information about your products and orders.

You can add file attachments in both the Product edit page and Order details page.

Product Edit page

Having the file attachment feature under the Products page is relevant because it enables you to store all the relevant product information in one place. You can attach product specification documents or spreadsheets to provide additional information on the product, such as dimensions, weight, or technical details.

You can add attachment to a product by going to the Catalog page> Click on the relevant product > Scroll down to media section under the Product Basics tab > click the green "Edit" button > Select "Add attachment" from the drop down menu.

Order Details page

The file attachment feature on the order details page enables you to attach relevant files to orders. This is useful in various scenarios such as attaching invoices or receipts to track financial transactions, shipping labels to provide shipping information, customer communication records to keep track of interactions with the customer, and product photos for evidence in case of disputes or returns.

You can add attachment to a product by going to the Orders page> Click on the relevant order > Click on the "Add Attachments" button

The following file formats are supported: "jpeg", "png", "jpg", "gif", "webp"zip, pdf, jpeg, gif, png, jpg, mp4, ogg, webm, avi, mov, wmv, stl, obj, fbx, collada, 3ds, iges, step, vrml, x3d.
