The Product images page gives you full control over your product media. From uploading and organizing images to managing videos, watermarks, backgrounds, and bulk actions across multiple sales channels.

This distinction affects how operations behave. Changes made on the General level affect Valigara itself and can impact all connected channels. Changes made on a specific channel affect only that marketplace/store. |

How to add images:
Select destination product(s)
Choose images to upload
- Optionally define image position (f.i. 1, 2, 3, Last)
This is especially useful when you want certain images to appear first in marketplace galleries.
Add Videos
Valigara supports both local video uploads and externally hosted videos.
How to add videos:
Select destination product(s)
Choose upload method:
- Upload Video Files - upload video files directly from your device.
- Add Video URL - use a link from one of the supported external hosting platform

Duplicate existing images from one product to another without uploading them again.
Select source image(s) by clicking thumbnails in the Images column

Perfect for products that share the same visual content.

Select destination product(s)

Assign / Unassign Box Images
Add promotional or branded images to selected products.

Advanced Media Tools
Copy Order and Visibility
Copy image order and visibility settings from one sales channel to another.
Best used when:
Different image sets are used for different channels
(for example: white-background images for Amazon and lifestyle photos for Etsy)Adding new stores within the same marketplace
Standardizing image presentation across channels
Set Selected Images as Main
The main image is the first image shown in marketplace galleries. This feature allows you to control which images can appear first during image shuffling.
How to use:
Select product(s)
Click image thumbnails in the Images column
In the pop-up window, choose channels where the image should be set as Main
This feature is not enabled by default. Contact Valigara support to activate it.
Replace Selected Images
Replace existing images while preserving their original position in the gallery.
Click images in the Images column
Upload replacement image(s)
Run Replace Selected Images
Useful when updating product photos without changing gallery structure.
Shuffle Images
Randomly reorder product images.
Available options:
Shuffle all images
Shuffle selected image positions only
Shuffle for all channels or selected channels only
Best for products that use the same image set across multiple listings.
Flip Images
Create mirrored versions of existing images. You can save flipped versions as new images or replace original images. Helpful when products have only a small number of photos
Watermarks
Add or remove watermarks from selected images.
Ideal for:
Brand protection
Marketplace compliance
Promotional overlays

Data Overlay
Apply dynamic overlays to images.

How to manage labels:
Click images in the Images column
Select action (Set/Remove/Replace All)
Choose existing labels or create new ones
Confirm the action
Labels are especially useful for large catalogs and multi-channel workflows.
Deleting Media
| When you delete from the specific channel, the operation excludes the image from being posted to the selected channel, but the image stays in Valigara. When you delete the image/video from General channel, the image is deleted from Valigara. This operation is irreversible! |
Delete Selected Images
Select product(s)
Click image thumbnails in the Images column
Choose deletion scope:
General → permanently delete from Valigara
specific channel → remove only from that channel
Run the action
Delete Selected Videos
Select product(s)
Click video thumbnails in the Videos column
Choose:
General for permanent deletion
specific channel for channel-only removal
Run the action
Delete Similar Images
Remove duplicate or nearly identical images in bulk.
Valigara compares:
image content
upload date
internal image parameters
Because of this, some visually identical images may not be recognized as duplicates.
Steps
