Lightspeed basic account settings

Lightspeed MappingsAfter Lightspeed is connected, set up the account with the following steps:

  1. go to Channels -> Lightspeed POS settings
  2. click Editnext to the relevant account


Account settings

The Basics tab contains general Lightspeed account settings.

  • Account name - the internal name of the account added when connecting Lightspeed POS. Use a name that helps 
  • Description - describe briefly the specifics of the account
  • Content language - select the Valigara language to take the values from
  • Is default account? - if checked, an account will be used by default on the Integration operations
  • Store account - select what store of the Lightspeed account will be used for all types of operations


  • Out of stock action - define Valigara behavior on all stock operations
    • Out of stock -  Valigara keeps the product in Lightspeed backend and marks it as "Out of stock"\

    • Archive - Valigara archives products in Lightspeed POS inventory

  • Make out of stock instead of archive- defines Valigara behavior on product delete
    • Checked -  Valigara keeps the product in Lightspeed backend and marks it as "Out of stock"
    • Not checked - Valigara archives products in Lightspeed POS inventory
