Using jewelry labels and tags is the fashionable, elegant and simple way for inventory control, identification, and selling jewelry pieces. Valigara offers flexible methods for creating labels, tags, or any other printed materials:
The document can include any products information.
- Basic product parameters (SKU, Title, Dimensions, Qty, etc)
- Materials (Metal purity and title, Gemstone parameters, etc)
- Commercial information (Prices, Designer, Brand, Search terms or any other product attribute)
- Product Images
- Barcode
Direct print (No Printer software)
If your printer does not require any dedicated software, you can print documents directly from Valigara, using the standard printing methods (from your browser / operating system etc).
- Create printing template according to label dimensions and required product information.
- Go to Catalog and select products for printing. Go to System actions -> Print products
- Complete print settings according to printer requirements. Click print.
- Open created PDF/Jpeg file from a batch, and print it with any standard printer.

Using printer software
For printers that do not support printing PDF/Jpeg files, but require dedicated printing software, use the following flow:
- Export required product information to Excel
- Save the generated .xlsx file from a batch
- Import the generated file to the printer software
