Importing orders from data-sheets

Valigara provides a flexible import/update interface for migrating your orders data from external spreadsheets. Easily import your data from MS Excel, OpenOffice Calc, Google Sheets etc. 

To import orders into Valigara:

1. Go to Orders page -> System actions -> Import orders

• On opened page select mode:
  • Passive: only uploads/updates orders data.  It will not trigger stock movement actions.
  • Active: Upload/update order data and triggers stock movement actions. Uploaded orders act similar to orders received from marketplaces, e.g. Update stock, Update stock on channels, etc.

Mandatory fields for upload:

• Import (new orders): Marketplace ID, Channel, Store, Client email
• Update (existing orders): Marketplace ID, Channel, Store

Orders import supports Import Formats . To start, create a new format or use an existing one. 

3. Click "Import" and check the results in the Batch.

IMPORTANT:  Before importing the file, please check it contains clean values only. Formatted data and formulas are not supported.  TIP: Download the Example file with demo orders on the top of the page. See the formatting requirements for each field uploaded in the comments.
