To upload tracking numbers in bulk
- Go to Bulk tracking upload page
- Upload Excel file with the following columns
- Order id
- Tracking number
- Carrier
- Send date in Date format (28/04/2019)
- Order Item Line
- Click Upload
after the tracking number is updated , the tracking number is propagated to relevant marketplaces
- upload is available for following channels: eBay, Etsy, Sears, Walmart, Shopify, Amazon, Bonanza, Magento
- for other channels, the tracking number is set in the Valigara order without uploading it to the channel
Per-product tracking numbers
eBay stores allow uploading separate tracking numbers for each product
if Order Item Line exists in the file, tracking numbers are set per product, if not - tracking number is applied to the whole order (only for eBay)
