Manage eBay Messages

Valigara allows managing communications with eBay buyers. Answer buyer questions directly in Valigara and see

all messages from multiple eBay accounts centralized in one place. To access them, go to:

• Channels -> eBay Messages

1. Reply to eBay messages
2. Search in messages 
3. Actions

Reply to eBay messages

• Open a message
• Click view on eBay to see the listing on eBay
• Click view in Catalog to see the product in Valigara
• Type your reply 
• Click Select fileto upload an attachment
  • Clickfor multiple attachments
• Send Message

Search in messages

• Click Search Messages to expand options
• Select criteria to filter messages (f.i. specific buyer, time-frame or messages from relevant eBay account etc.)

Actions

Archive older or set multiple messages as read or unread:

• Select one or more messages
• Click Archive, Mark as read or Mark as Unread
