What is Amazon PII?

"Personally Identifiable Information" ("PII") means information that can be used on its own or with other information to identify, contact, or locate an individual (e.g., Customer or Seller), or to identify an individual in context. This includes, but is not limited to, a Customer or Seller's name, address, e-mail address, phone number, gift message content, survey responses, payment details, purchases, cookies, digital fingerprint (e.g., browser, user device), IP Address, geo-location, or Internet-connected device product identifier.

PII object classification

Valigara fully complies with Amazon's PII requirements and data protection policies. If you have any additional questions and need more information, feel free to contact us or log a support ticket!

How this affects your orders?

Valigara replaces all PII objects with Amazon Customer as a placeholder 30 days after an Amazon order status gets changed to "Sent". That applies to API calls and to the Order edit page, Client and Export pages in the user interface. Searching using any of the following order related fields will no longer return results for processed Amazon orders older than 30 days.

- Name, Marketplace username, Email, Phone, Country, Address

- Shipping Full Name, Shipping First Name, Shipping Last Name, Shipping Street, Shipping Street 2, Shipping City

- Shipping Phone, Shipping State, Shipping Country, Shipping Zip Code, Shipping Address
