Exporting Gemstones and Models to Excel

Valigara allows exporting Products, Inventory, Orders, and Clients to Excel.

Gemstones export
Models export

Gemstones export to Excel:

1. On the Gemstones page
   • Select gemstones for export
   • Click System action -> "Export"
2. On the Gemstones Export page 

   • Select fields for export:

     • Click "+Add Field" to select the fields

     • Select the field in the "System fields" drop-down.

     • Rename or use preset "Field name in file" to define the column title in the resulting Excel file

     • Use drag up and down arrows  to change the order of the fields in the export file.

     • Optionally, check "Add All fields" to export all fields 

   • Export formats allow saving the combination of fields for future exports

     • To create a new export format, use "Add" in Format

     • Enter the Format title in "New Fromat Title" field

     • Click Save Format

   • Click Export button

3. Open the resulting Export Gemstones batch and download the Excel file
   
   

   Models export to Excel:

   1. On the Models page
      • Select models for export
      • Click Export Models button
   2. On the Models Export page 

      • Choose an existing export format or create a new one.

      • To Export w/o saving Formats, use "New" in Format .

      • Check "All fields" to export all fields values or select fields for export:

        • Click "+Add Field" to select the fields.

        • Select the field in the "System fields" drop-down.

        • Rename or use preset "Field name in file".

        • Use green arrows  to change the order of the fields in the export file.

      • Save Export Format for future exports if relevant

      • Click Export button.

   3. Open the Export Models batch and download the resulting Excel file.
