To check the real thumbnail size you
1. Go to the Product edit page -> on the Basic tab, scroll down to media -> Click on the image -> Copy the main image URL.

2. Open the image on a new browser tab > select the URL on the address bar > change the word, "main" in the link to "thumb" as shown:
