Two factor authentication (2FA) setup

Two-factor authentication (2FA) improves the security of your account, by requiring the user to provide two different types of information. With 2FA enabled in your Valigara account, you'll need to both provide a password and enter the OTP (One-time password) we will SMS to your approved phone number.



  • While 2FA is not required to login into your Valigara account, It is STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to enable it for the Owner login



To enable the Two-factor authentication

  • Owner account: Open the General tab in My Account 
  • Non-Owner account: Open the Admins section in Global settings
  • Enable the Two-factor authentication checkbox
  • Enter your mobile phone number and click "Send validation code"
  • Enter the code you received on your cellular phone, and click Send
  • Save your account settings


From the next login, Valigara will send the OTP to your phone, for better security!
