Temporary account lockout

The data security is one of the major focuses in Valigara. To keep your data safe, we implement tools and practices on all stages and levels of operation. We also make sure the system performs in accordance with out partners (Amazon, eBay, Etsy  etc.) requirements. 

On 5 invalid login attempts: 

• The login is locked for 1 hour, in accordance with the Amazon policy
• An automatic email is sent to our security department

There is no need to perform any action in order for your login to start operating again. 

More information: If you try to login and find your account locked, this might identify someone tried to login into your account w/o your permission. Make sure to go to the Admins section in your Account settings, and change your password ASAP. we warmly recommend adding the 2 factor authentication to your login
