How to import missing orders from sales channels

To import missing clients and/or orders from eBay, Amazon or Etsy:

• Go to Catalog > Products
• Click channel actions menu > Import Clients, Orders from eBay (Amazon/ Etsy / Shopify)
• In the account and import options pop-up select:
  • When using one account, it is selected by default. Choose a specific account, if multiple accounts are set up
  • Import Clients - check to create new clients in Clients List when the import runs 
  • Import Orders - check to import missing orders, previously imported orders will not be created as duplicates
  • Date from, to - specify the time frame for the import process
  • Select mode:
    • Passive: only imports orders data. It will not trigger stock movement actions.
    • Active: Imports order data and triggers stock movement actions. Imported orders act similar to orders received from marketplaces, e.g. Update stock, Update stock on channels, etc.
• Click Yes and check results in the generated "Import Clients/Orders from external system" batch

Manual Client/Order imports are available for Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and Etsy Useful when Valigara's access to a sales channel was temporarily revoked or when eBay token has expired and connection was not re-authorized.
