Via the Valigara support portal
To get into the Valigara support portal
1. Click the Question mark button in the top right tools section in Valigara
- Or go directly to our support portal and save a bookmark in the browser
2. Log in or sign up for a support account
3. Click New Support Ticket to create the ticket
Via Valigara interface
Click on the Help iconin the Valigara interface
- Use search keywords to find a related article
- If you are unable to find an answer, click Contact us and create the ticket
