Valigara allows users to automate the assignment of fulfillment accounts based on order parameters. Once a new order appears in the Valigara account, the system checks if it matches the conditions defined in one of the Shipping Account rules, and executes the shippping.
To set up automatic rules for fulfillment
- connect your Fulfillment accounts
- navigate to Fulfillment Settings->Assign Shipping Accounts
In the "Assign Shipping account" page
- Name - name the condition
- Fulfillment Account - which account to trigger when conditions are met
- Conditions - set up conditions based on data fetched for incoming orders (like country, sales channel, specific Model Types, etc.)
- Active - set to "Yes" to activate the shipping account rule.
