Exporting Products to Excel

Valigara allows exporting Products, Inventory, Orders, and Clients to Excel.

To export products to Excel:

1. On the Catalog page
   • Select the products for export
   • Click System action -> "Export to Excel"
2. On the Products Export page 

   • Choose an existing export format or create a new one.

   • To Export w/o saving Formats, use "New" in Format .

   • Check "All fields" to export all fields values or select fields for export:

     • Click "+Add Field" to select the fields.

     • Select the field in the "System fields" drop-down.

     • Rename or use preset "Field name in file".

     • Select language for fields.

     • Use green arrows  to change the order of the fields in the export file.

3. Save Format for future exports if relevant

4. Click Export button.

5. Open the Batch and download/open the exported Excel file.
