Valigara is a multi-lingual system. This means product values can be translated into multiple languages. For any text field, Valigara can create translation for each language.
These translations can be used to generate content (titles, descriptions etc), post to external channels (WooCommerce, Shopify, VStore website etc), or simply kept for internal use.
Entering values for multiple languages
For the String fields where the value is entered on the product level,
- Go to Product Edit page
- Switch the Language selector on the right
- Find the field in the list
- Enter the translated value
- Save the product
For the Selection fields, where the value is entered in additional fields
- Go to Additional fields
- Find the field in the list
- Switch the Language selector on the right
- Enter the translated value
- Save the changes
In the product edit page, Valigara indicates values which were not translated:
Clicking "Translate" opens the Additional field edit page, so you can quickly complete missing translations.
Products Catalog page
For the String, Description types fields, click the languages selector to enter the translations directly from the list.
Editing the list of available languages
To add / remove the system language
- Go to Global Settings
- Select required ones in Languages drop-down
- Save changes
The selected language is added to the list
