Purchasing-related reporting is a number of tools in Valigara that helps to plan and fulfill inventory supplies. When the business is dependent on production supplies, these tools comes handy to make sure you have supplies on time for stable further production and as outcome, products sales. There're 4 purchasing-related reporting modules in Valigara:
Inventory report
Located in Statistics → Inventory Report.
- Shows Products, Metals, Gemstones, Diamonds costs for each stock (in case of multiple stock locations)
- All items must be real and have quantity >0.
- Whether a product is real is defined in products' basic tab, in Stock section
Components report
Located in Statistics → Components. Components is a special Class of item (among product, loose and products set. Learn more).
Dashboard Purchasing Block
Located at the end of Dashboard. Provides quantity and price statistics information similar to Inventory report, for a quick view:
- Products by stock locations
- Total metals, gemstones, diamonds costs
- Total gemstones and diamonds carat weight
Inventory stock
Located in Inventory → Product stocks. Allows for filtering products based on the supply levels as such:

| out of stock | reaches 0 on all stock locations |
| quantity alert | ≤ value specified in product's alert field |
| below Red level | ≤ value specified in product's red alert field |
| undefined | the product does not have red/alert values specified |
| in stock | > alert and red alert values |
